Nebel stands in a snow-covered world. Her face is hidden beneath her hood. In her hand, a lantern casts just enough light for the next few steps.

FADED — Fight Against Depression Every Day is a narrative walking simulator with exploration and small click-and-collect puzzles. It is intended especially for people who have not experienced depression themselves, offering a perspective on how heavy seemingly simple things can feel.

When walking takes strength

Movement, exhaustion, and light are connected. Nebel's strength is limited. Her pace and her pauses give weight to the journey. The quiet surroundings leave room to take in her perspective.

Memories in the dark

A lantern. Small points of light. Something that remains. Memories and encounters are intended to unfold Nebel's story piece by piece. Light offers a moment of support, without promising that everything will become easy.

Explore the environment, discover clues, and engage with small collection and symbol puzzles. The planned puzzles complement the narrative and give meaning to the places along the way.
