Why Early Access?

“The iconic arcade rhythm game "Pump It Up" is finally making its way to PC under the name R!SE.

This Early Access release marks an important step in refining the experience by incorporating valuable feedback from players across various environments.

PUMP IT UP R!SE preserves the classic gameplay fans love, while delivering it through a new, platform-optimized experience that’s smooth and easy to enjoy on PC.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We’re aiming for an Early Access period of around 6 months.

However, the timeline may shift depending on the development status of planned content and system features.

We want to ensure a high-quality experience, so we’ll take the time needed to fully prepare for the official release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will include more songs, a wider range of difficulties, and additional play modes (Stations), along with expanded customization features.

We also plan to support external devices such as dedicated controllers.

While the current version focuses on core gameplay, we’ll be adding more content step by step.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“You can currently select songs, choose difficulty levels, and play using a keyboard.

The basic structure of the rhythm gameplay is in place.

Some UI elements and additional content are still under development, and will be added gradually through ongoing testing and updates.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. The price will increase slightly at full release as new content and features are added.

Players who purchase during Early Access will receive the upcoming "Remix DLC" for free as a bonus.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to actively engage with players through Discord, our YouTube channel, and the official website to collect feedback.

Suggestions and ideas from the community will be carefully reviewed and incorporated into updates as we continue to shape "Pump It Up" together.”
