About This Game

OBSERVING

You can't save everyone. You can't trust everyone. And you have only four hours before you fall asleep.

After a mysterious catastrophe, the world has descended into chaos. The few remaining survivors desperately search for shelter, while a new threat spreads among them — parasites capable of hiding inside human bodies.

You find yourself in an old mansion that gradually becomes a refuge for a group of strangers.

Every night, new people arrive at your door. Each has their own story, fears, and secrets.

Who will you let in? Who can you trust with your supplies? Whose side will you take in a conflict? And what happens when the other survivors disagree with your decisions?

In Observing, the greatest threat isn't just the parasites. It's distrust, fear, and the people forced to survive together.

Four Hours Before Sleep

Every night, you have just four hours to deal with the problems that matter most.

Talk to a suspicious resident? Settle an argument? Check your supplies? Organize an expedition? Or gather everyone for a vote?

There isn't enough time for everything.

While you focus on one problem, others go unresolved. Arguments escalate, relationships change, and suspicions grow.

And when your time runs out, you must sleep.

Choose carefully how you spend your remaining hours. The next day may begin very differently from what you expected.

People Are Your Greatest Problem — and Your Only Hope

Every survivor is an individual with their own personality, beliefs, fears, and relationships with the other residents.

Talk to people, uncover their stories, support some, and try to change the minds of others.

But remember:

  • People can lie, make mistakes, and hide the truth.

  • Friends can become enemies, while former rivals may become allies.

  • Your actions influence trust and the atmosphere inside the shelter.

  • Personal disputes can grow into threats to the entire community.

Sometimes the hardest part isn't figuring out who's dangerous. It's convincing everyone else to believe you.

Decide Together. Argue. Vote.

You're not a dictator, and the final decision isn't always yours to make.

Gather the survivors around the table, discuss problems, propose solutions, and take part in votes that determine the future of your shelter.

Want to exile someone you suspect? Others may stand against you.

Believe someone is innocent? The majority may have already made up their minds.

Persuade, negotiate, build alliances, and struggle to keep the group together.

But what if the majority is wrong? And what if you're the one making a mistake?

Someone Among You Isn't Who They Claim to Be

Parasites can hide among ordinary people, and no one knows for certain how to identify them.

Red eyes? A strange cough? Blackened teeth?

Survivors exchange rumors, accuse one another, and desperately search for signs of infection.

Observe their behavior. Ask questions. Examine suspicious symptoms. Compare their stories and decide who deserves your trust.

But rumors are not proof.

An innocent person may seem suspicious, while a real parasite could earn everyone's confidence.

And the most terrifying things happen when everyone falls asleep.

Survival Is More Than Finding Food

Your shelter cannot survive without supplies, fuel, medicine, and people willing to risk their lives for others.

Organize nighttime expeditions into abandoned locations. Choose your team, equip them with essential gear, and send them out to search for resources.

While some risk their lives beyond the mansion walls, those who remain must face the growing problems inside.

Every expedition is a risk. Every loss affects the entire community.

Who will you send outside? Who will stay behind? And who can you trust with your last weapon?

Your Decisions Shape the Story

In Observing, you're not just watching events unfold. You're part of a community where every decision has consequences.

New friendships, unexpected alliances, betrayals, disappearances, and deaths gradually transform life inside the mansion.

You can try to unite the survivors. You can rule through fear. You can trust everyone — or suspect them all.

But you can't control everything.

Observing is a psychological horror game about trust, conflict, and social survival, where time is limited, everyone has an opinion, and the greatest danger might be sitting right beside you at the table.

Four hours. A handful of strangers. Too many decisions.

Who will you trust tonight?
