The city is being controlled by a AI that is designed to defend the city during emergencies and help the people thrive, combating disease and crime with advanced surveillance and healthcare. The people here live well but for how long? 

 There are a lot of people outside the safety of Helhigan hoping to find riches, become famous or just simply are enthusiast of the ruins of the old world.
