In the storyline, you take on the role of a pizza delivery person who, after losing their vehicle, finds themselves aboard a mysterious and cursed train. Within the shadowy train cars, you face the challenge of exploring the train within a limited time, acquiring items, and becoming stronger to confront your ultimate destiny. Each train car is randomly generated, presenting unpredictable challenges such as battling hordes of cursed donuts, facing off against robot chickens, negotiating with a dangerous pirate, or even engaging in an epic battle against a vampire empress who presents herself in peculiar attire to children.

As the clock ticks away, you prepare for the challenging showdown against the entity that ordered the pizzas. Utilizing everything you've acquired during your journey on the train, you strive to save yourself and ensure the pizzas remain intact.
