End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Luiz Paulo Alves ("Licensor") and Mauricio Anselmo ("Licensee") for the software named "Megalotrain."
**1. LICENSE GRANT:**
1.1 The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Megalotrain software ("Software") in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1.2 The Licensee agrees to use the Software solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
**2. COPYRIGHTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:**
2.1 The Software is protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties. The Licensee acknowledges that all copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the Software are the exclusive property of the Licensor.
**3. RESTRICTIONS:**
3.1 The Licensee agrees not to decompile, reverse engineer, modify, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software, in whole or in part.
3.2 The Licensee agrees not to circumvent or violate any copy protection measures embedded in the Software.
**4. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY:**
4.1 The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Software is error-free or meets the specific needs of the Licensee.
4.2 Under no circumstances shall the Licensor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.
**5. TERMINATION:**
5.1 This Agreement comes into effect on the date of installation of the Software by the Licensee and remains in force until terminated by the Licensor. The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the Licensee violates its terms.
**6. GENERAL PROVISIONS:**
6.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or verbal.
6.2 This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [insert applicable jurisdiction].
BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, THE LICENSEE DECLARES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT.
