« I am Leandro, a indie solo developer from Argentina Buenos Aires who started creating games and released our first County Hospital 6 years ago. What began as a small personal project quickly evolved. We wanted to push the limits of Unreal Engine, and we are proud to have been among the first developers to showcase its photorealistic capabilities and multiplayer

« We anticipate that County Hospital Cautery will remain in Early Access for several years. The duration depends on community feedback and the improvements we plan to introduce. Our goal is to let the game grow step by step, with regular updates during Early Access and even after the official release. The final version will be significantly more complete, with many additional features, content expansions, and refinements that will enhance the overall experience. »

« County Hospital Cautery is already in an advanced state, with high-end graphics and solid, intuitive gameplay. However, we still have a lot of work ahead of us to bring the game to its full potential.
Our vision is for the final version to be richer, more polished, and more complete. »

« The current Early Access version of County hospital Cautery is already well advanced. The core experience is fully playable, stable, and provides a strong foundation that will continue to grow over time.

Gameplay: An immersive, realistic (but not a simulation), and intense FPS focused on teamplay and tactical decision-making.
Graphics: Photorealistic visuals powered by Unreal Engine 5 and Megascans, using next-generation rendering technologies.
Game Modes: One game mode, 4 players working together on a coop missions and then its a 4vs1 deathmatch providing an original new concept of game

Weapons: Original mechanic using flamethrower kicks and grenades.
Maps: Multiple environments such as abandoned labs, kitchen, bathroom, and more. »
