«I am Leandro, a indie solo developer from Argentina Buenos Aires who started creating games and released our first County Hospital 6 years ago. What began as a small personal project quickly evolved. We wanted to push the limits of Unreal Engine, and we are proud to have been among the first developers to showcase its photorealistic capabilities and multiplayer


We chose Early Access for several reasons:

Community Support: Your involvement is essential. By joining Early Access, you can directly influence the evolution of county hospital and help improve the experience. Your feedback guides our work and helps make the game more immersive and exciting.

«We anticipate that County Hospital Cautery will remain in Early Access for several years. The duration depends on community feedback and the improvements we plan to introduce. Our goal is to let the game grow step by step, with regular updates during Early Access and even after the official release. The final version will be significantly more complete, with many additional features, content expansions, and refinements that will enhance the overall experience.»

Gameplay: An immersive, realistic (but not a simulation), and intense FPS focused on teamplay and tactical decision-making.
Graphics: Photorealistic visuals powered by Unreal Engine 5 and Megascans, using next-generation rendering technologies.
Game Modes: One game mode, 4 players working together on a coop missions and then its a 4vs1 deathmatch providing an original new concept of game

Weapons: Original mechanic using flamethrower kicks and grenades.
Maps: Multiple environments such as abandoned labs, kitchen, bathroom, and more.»
