About This Game

The bombs fell. No one died. It's much worse than that.

Ray, a retired sheriff, returns to the family farm to see his mother as war breaks out on television. Strikes hit major cities across the country. No casualties. Just people who, little by little, stop being quite themselves.

Quarantine sets in. The news stops adding up. And every time someone knocks, the same question comes back: who do you let in?

Any face could be hiding a threat — or a life worth saving

BROODSAC is a 2.5D survival management game where the scarcest resource isn't water or food: it's trust. Every survivor who knocks on your door could help you make it through one more day, or tear down everything you've built. You'll never get absolute certainty, only clues to piece together: a fever, a shifting gaze, a night that's too quiet.

Manage. Build. Doubt everything.

• Run your farm day by day — food, water, repairs, no HUD: everything is read straight from the environment, like a real survivor's home

• Interrogate every visitor before opening your door and your community to them, never with full certainty

• Build a living community — up to 6 residents, each with their own tasks, skills, and maybe secrets

• Send out expeditions to find what your farm can't provide, at the cost of fatigue and risk

• Live through every night on edge — keep watch, listen in, or sleep blind: the price of rest can be steep

• Never trust a single screen — the television is your only window to the outside world, and it doesn't always tell the truth
