Miksi Early Access?

Event XK is a single man developed project and requires a large amount of time to develop. The focus has been primarily on creating a good quality game with polished content before working on bigger things. Early Access will allow more time for XK to develop and give players the ability to give feedback and play early builds of the game. Thank you for your support!

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

Event XK is planned to leave early access when the main story is completed. I plan to release substantial updates in the forms of 7 chapters, each adding substantially new content. I feel it is important to be realistic and not rush the game's development so at least 2 more years will be required.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

I plan to have the full release of the game include 7 chapters, each introducing a new area, threats, SCPs, quests and items.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The first early access release includes the first and largest chapter. This includes 14 unique interactable SCPs, multiple quest lines, puzzles and exploration.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

Yes, the early access version will be cheaper than the full release version. This is because the early access version will contain less content and it is fair to price it at a lower amount.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

I will be releasing regular updates and dev blogs as well as reading feedback and bug reports. Suggestions are always welcome from players. Event XK will be shaped by support from the community! The best way to do so is via our discord server.

Welcome to Installation Prometheus-3:

Built on the distant frozen third moon of Jupiter, Europa, site prometheus-3 houses the greatest minds of our age working together to protect humanity from a hidden world of terrifying anomalous creatures and objects that could destroy even reality itself. You are Doctor Logan Andresen, an employee of the SCP Foundation, sent to this site to help with the research and containment of these threats labelled as 'SCPs'.

Survive the insanity:

Despite their best defences, the site has been infiltrated. Multiple mysterious organizations are working together in an urgent coordinated attack, warning of the danger of what would happen if they did not take action... The creatures you once tried to contain are now free, you must learn their weaknesses to survive. There is no way to fight back, if stealth fails, be prepared to run.

Follow the story:

Work with your colleagues and other survivors to make your way through the site. Follow a main quest line and uncover the mystery behind the disaster. Explore the site and complete side quests to earn upgrades and items that could make the difference between surviving the horrors or not.
