What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Early access is important to our indie team to try and collect some feedback as well as a potential revenue stream during development. We have set up sentry and are currently collecting data, but we need a larger poolsize for testing. We have also built into a phase of our development a community engagement aspect. Which allows the community to shape the game during release. Our team is focused on bugs, optimization and then additional content. Part of this is understanding how the community reacts to what we are making.

Kia ora! ”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“18 months. We have a road map for release. all things considered and going to plan we should have a release within two years. ”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We are currently sitting @ 33% of the questline complete. We have built all the game features and designs, we have run multiple demo/free play weekends on steam. Feed back has been positive, so we are running with the ip. The early access version will allow players to play in the sandbox (like rust) and complete the quest line up to a cliff hanger, which will leave players wanting to play the rest of the storyline.

We have identified that larger portions of the survival player base are solo players, so the quest is the bloodline to our game and the sandbox is the backbone. In the full release players will have access to the full storyline to understand what really happened on the island”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Current state is good. Thanks to the free play weekends and demo weekends we now know where we need to be better and the team will continue to polish towards Early access, removing the placeholders and nailing the bugs with added optimization ”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, we hope at full release to have different region pricing. making it more affordable for countries whose dollar is not so competitive. we also want to raise the price as we head towards full access with the pinnacle of the cost of the game reaching its peak at full release. ”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We have a community QA team that we have built from our discord, we also run competitions to involve the community for feedback plus we scrape as much data as we can from our social media. to make sure we are collecting as much diverse feedback as we can.

We are also a community of gamers. love games by gamers! ”

About This Game

In the desolate remnants of a war-ravaged world, a once-thriving civilization lies in ruins. The cataclysmic conflict between two powerful Nations has left the land scarred and its inhabitants struggling for survival. As the chaos ensues, a new era emerges, where the few remaining survivors must navigate the treacherous war zone to eke out a living amidst the ruins.

In their quest for survival and stability, some resourceful survivors have turned to constructing fortified bases amidst the war-torn landscape. Player made bases, serve as sanctuaries where survivors can regroup, strategize, and protect themselves from the dangers that lurk outside their walls.

No structure is truly safe in this harsh environment. Fortifications, no matter how carefully built, can be breached—smashed apart by determined attackers wielding explosives or ramming vehicles. This constant threat fuels a ruthless cycle of raiding, where players tear through each other’s defenses in search of precious supplies and hidden caches. In a world where resources are scarce and trust is rarer still, every wall is both a shield and a target.

Combat in this unforgiving world demands adaptability and resourcefulness. Survivors must rely on whatever they can wield—be it a rusted pipe, a sharpened stick, or bare fists—to engage in brutal melee encounters. For those who prefer to strike from a distance, scavenged bows, repurposed firearms, and makeshift explosives offer powerful ranged alternatives, adding tactical depth to every confrontation.

Crafting becomes an essential skill in this bleak world, allowing players to fashion makeshift weapons, tools, and protective gear from salvaged materials. By gathering scraps of metal, duct tape, and other remnants, survivors can create weapons that range from crude melee implements to jury-rigged firearms.

Crafting also extends to other essential items such as bandages, traps, and survival equipment, empowering players to adapt and overcome the hostile environment.

As survivors brave the war zone, they encounter remnants of the past: abandoned military outposts, hidden bunkers, and crumbling urban landscapes.

These locations are teeming with valuable resources, guarded by hostile factions and deadly scavengers.

Amidst the devastation, a network of resourceful traders emerged, exploiting the desperation and scarcity of goods.

These daring individuals, known as the Merchants, traverse the dangerous terrain, seeking hidden caches of valuable supplies and trading them with the desperate survivors. They become the lifeline, connecting distant pockets of humanity in this fragmented world.
