Why Early Access?

“Carpoli is fully playable today: a complete board game with single player, local and online multiplayer. We are launching in Early Access because we want to grow it together with players. Your feedback on balance, rules and online play will shape the new maps and features we add next.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect Carpoli to stay in Early Access for about 3-6 months, depending on player feedback and how much new content the community wants to see.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to add new maps (starting with Istanbul), each featuring unique businesses, routes, and special locations. We also aim to introduce bot difficulty levels, more vehicles and cards, various balancing and quality-of-life improvements, and better Steam Deck support. The final content will be shaped by what players enjoy most. Additionally, we intend to make balance adjustments and fix potential bugs based on the feedback received.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is complete and playable from start to finish on the Uludag map. It includes 32 cars, businesses, auctions, duels with tactic cards, a casino, trading, garages to upgrade and Steam achievements. You can play against 1–3 bots, with 2–4 players on one PC, or online with friends. It is available in English, Turkish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We do not plan to change the price when the game leaves Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We read every review and discussion post. Players can share bugs, ideas and balance feedback in the Steam Community discussions, where we post regular development updates and patch notes. Feedback from players will guide which maps and features we build first.”

About This Game

Roll. Drive. Own the road.

Carpoli is a 3D board game about cars and money. Every turn you roll two dice and drive your car around a living 3D map. Start on Uludag, from busy city streets up to a snowy summit; more maps such as Istanbul are on the way. Where you stop, you make deals: buy a business, pick up a new car, race a rival or try your luck at the casino.

Build your garage, earn prestige

Cars are your score. Display them in your personal garage and grow it from a humble Street Garage into a Legend Garage. Every star on a displayed car and every tuning level adds prestige. The first player to reach the target stars wins.

• 32 cars in three classes: city, off-road and sports, plus your trusty bicycle

• Sports cars roll faster but pay the sports price on fines and accidents

• Only off-roaders (or a rented 4x4) can take the forest trail shortcut

• Car values change with the seasons: summer and winter

Businesses that pay you

Buy gas stations, car washes, tire shops, repair shops and tuning shops. Upgrade them, complete a sector set and set its rent. Every rival who stops there pays you.

Duels with hidden tactics

Challenge a rival at a race stop. Each driver secretly picks a tactic card, then dice, car stats and cards decide the winner. Bet cash, cars, businesses or a rent deal. Win their car and park it in your garage.

Auctions, casino and surprises

• Auction House: put your car up for sale and watch the bids climb

• Casino: heads or tails against the bank, or a coin-flip duel between rivals

• Chance and Bonus cards, news that shakes the market, radars, police and the tow truck

• Map features: on Uludag, cable cars over the valley and a forest trail full of treasure

• 8 driver profiles, each with a passive bonus and a special ability

• Trade cars and businesses with other players

Play your way

• Single player against 1–3 bots

• 2–4 players on one PC (pass and play)

• Online with friends on Steam: invite friends, join with a room code or pick a public room

• Compact mode: shrink the game into a small window in any corner of your screen and keep working; a soft sound tells you when it is your turn

• Optional turn timer, short, normal and long games
