Pourquoi choisir l'accès anticipé ?

« We believe PlanetSmith is a game that needs to grow alongside its community, so we can more easily shape it into the type of game our growing community will love and continue to play into the future.

When Early Access launches we will have the beginnings of our survival mode in place, but there's so much more to come. The scope of PlanetSmith is massive, as we want to have many types of huge procedural worlds and a spaceflight system that players can use to fly around the solar system between all of these unique worlds.

Players will eventually be able to explore large dungeons, fight exciting bosses, and collect special artefacts they can use to enhance their play.

Pendant combien de temps environ ce jeu sera-t-il en accès anticipé ?

« Our early access will be split into two stages. Stage one is Survival Mode, which will come out when we launch into Early Access. Survival Mode will be in early access for a year, and then the second stage, Multiplayer, will begin. The multiplayer stage of early access will be another year.

We expect to reach a 1.0 release in early 2028.

« In the full version we plan to have these features:

Full multiplayer
Tool & Weapon Smithing
Player Gear (Armor etc)
Farming
Boss fights
Ship Building
Space Exploration
Alien Worlds

Those are all the features we are planning for the 1.0 release. However that doesn't mean we won't continue working on the game, adding more content for you to explore and enjoy. »

Quel est l'état actuel de la version en accès anticipé ?

« When early access launches we will have the beginnings of survival mode in place, and creative mode is completely available. Players can create planets of any size and there is a small amount of survival mode content. Multiplayer is not available, and neither is the space travel or shipbuilding aspects of the game. »

« Yes. We plan to gradually increase the price as we move between the stages of Early Access development. »

PlanetSmith is a massive procedurally generated hexagonal block voxel game! Explore vast planets, survive hostile territory, build a spaceship and explore the solar system!

Craft unique worlds using an innovative generation system that offers a spectrum of sizes, allowing quick circumnavigations to weeks-long odysseys. These procedurally generated worlds feature cold polar biomes, scorching equatorial deserts, large continents to conquer, and charming clusters of islands dotting deep blue oceans – creating a vast scope for exploration and survival.

You've crashed landed on an earth-like planet, with no way to escape and get home. You'll need to explore this new world and uncover all of its secrets both above and below ground in order to survive.

If being creative is more your style, we have a full featured passive Creative Mode in the game where you can explore and build to your heart's content. We even have crazy tools not available in Survival Mode that allow you to do everything from blast massive holes in the planets, summon swarms of asteroids, or plant trees with our new type of dynamite - TNTree!
