This game contains some pixelated gore and themes regarding mental illness. Themes of Death. Minimal drug and alcohol references. Minimal mature language. Also contains a procedurally generated, random, "Self-Talk" word-salad mechanic based as a mental-illness simulation that could be interpreted as mature.
