About This Game

Four heroines from Poetry of Blood: Eclipse.

Poetry of Blood: Eclipse is a side-scrolling action adventure. All characters and enemies use hand-drawn pixel animation, set against 3D scenery. Play as Yue, explore a post-apocalyptic world, defeat its beautiful bosses and bring them back to your research base (harem).

Find a weapon that feels right


Katanas, great katanas, spears, greatswords, chakrams… Each weapon has its own moves and handling. Alongside regular attacks, charge your strikes and time your counters.

Block, dodge and counter in combat. Use double jumps, wall and ledge grabs, and gliding dashes to get around.

Choose your class

Pride, Wrath, Sloth, Gluttony… Each class has its own abilities.


Mix weapons and upgrades freely. Even the same class can offer different ways to play.

Choose upgrades and gear

Choose upgrades as you play to improve your abilities or change attack effects. Combine them with each other and with your equipment.

Four ways to grow: choose upgrades, upgrade gear, earn affinity rewards and improve abilities.

You can keep strengthening your character.

Explore stages and branching paths

Stages feature different environments and randomized branching paths.

Face beautiful bosses

Each boss has her own moves. Some also have hidden forms on higher difficulties.

A pixel character jumps and strikes through a sequence of animation frames. A pixel character swings a sword and attacks in midair.

Take on Endless Mode and weekly challenges. You can also choose your difficulty.

Return to base and get to know them

After defeating the beautiful bosses, bring them back to your research base (harem) and spend time with them outside combat.

Talk to them, give gifts and grow closer as you learn their stories. Building these relationships also unlocks items you can take into battle.
