Why Early Access?

“In order for Second Wave to be a highly engaging game, we believe it is important to gather feedback from our players and see the project through to completion.

We began development in July 2022 and have conducted alpha and beta testing on the Steam platform to date, but we believe the game is still in the early stages of development.

Second Wave is now in Early Access and we need your help to make it even better.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The Early Access period will last approximately one year, during which time we will use player feedback to refine the game and deliver a more polished version of the game.

Depending on the development progress, we may end the Early Access period earlier and schedule an additional beta test before officially releasing the game.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In the full version of Second Wave, we plan to introduce new game modes, characters, maps, and improve the quality of character animations, UI, effects, and more. We have several ideas for new modes, including a PvE mode.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“In its current state, Second Wave includes 17 characters for players to choose from, 3 different core game modes, in-game items that allow players to enjoy the fun of growth through combat, unique skins, a mode to play against bots, custom matches to play with friends, a practice area where players can test the skills of their favorite character before jumping into a match, and tutorials to assist all new players.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We do not plan to change the price during Early Access, but there may be a limited time sale if we have a pre-release event closer to launch.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We communicate with our users via Discord and X (Formerly Twitter), both of which we have used continuously since the company's inception.

We believe that every player's opinion matters. This is our community, and without them, we are nothing.”

Experience the unique challenge of three teams competing for the Arcane Stone hidden in the Red Circus. In this 4 vs 4 vs 4 mode, you must reach 1500 points by defeating the other two teams or capturing the two control points.

Rally Your Allies For This Legendary 3vs3vs3vs3 Challenge

Engage in a race to capture the Arcane Stones as you battle three other teams for control of the stones. Rally your allies in this 3 vs 3 vs 3 vs 3 mode and collect 24 or more Arcane Stones and hold onto them for as long as possible to claim victory.
