Bundle description:

This heavy tank has lots of ways to surprise its opponents! Coming with the Combined Strike Force Pack, the Excelsior is a Tier V British heavy tank with remarkable mobility, decent DPM, and sturdy armor, making it a dangerous adversary on the battlefield.


Mobility. The Excelsior can accelerate up to an impressive 38.6 km/h, which puts it in second place among all Tier V heavies in terms of top speed. Aside from being quite fast for a heavy, it is quite maneuverable, as well, allowing you to be more flexible during battle.

Protection. The tank’s frontal armor is 114 mm thick, which is enough to bounce incoming regular rounds from most Tier V vehicles. But the true peculiarity of the Excelsior is its 108 mm rear hull armor plate, which has the highest rear armor value among all Tier V vehicles. Even though it doesn’t cover up the entire back of the tank, it is still able to bounce some unexpected shots from opponents who manage to get behind you. You do need to be very careful with your sides, though—weak side armor will hardly create any hindrance, even for the sub-par guns, and you don’t have a lot of HP to spare!

Firepower. Even though this British heavy has an average gun, it can make good use of it with excellent gun depression values. Use the terrain to rain shells on the enemy team while remaining impenetrable to their shots, and utilize your great mobility to attack weaker flanks of your opponent’s vehicles, compensating for mediocre penetration.
