왜 앞서 해보기를 하나요?

“We picked early access because we want to give game players the opportunity to help us shape Minions of Steel. We've laid out the framework for a FPS / RTS hybrid, that we think is more true to the form. We want to give game players the opportunity to:

1. Understand what we are "going for."
2. Help us improve the game play.
3. Help us mitigate the "pay to win grievance" by aiding us in adjusting our ranking system.

We are adding new feature experiences to the genre and it's important the community vets these features so they can be enjoyed to their fullest potential.”

“MOS will be in early access for 10 to 14 months. The type of AI, DLC, and features of the game will require intense development, polish, and balancing. With your help, this game will become a chart topper!”

정식 버전은 앞서 해보기 버전과 어떻게 달라지나요?

“We plan to build a DLC store, fully outfitted with minion skins, UI skins, weapons, abilities, minion chassis, speech personalities, animations, and playing environments (levels).

We plan to develop a full set of default motion graphics. This will include realistic aircraft movement, realistic walk, run, die, and jubilation animations for minions. It will further include updated default chassis and special FX.”

지금 앞서 해보기 버전은 어떤 상태인가요?

“We are classifying the state of MOS as a "development build." These are the builds the developer is working on daily, and we push updates to you with our game launcher. When you open the launcher, you will always get the newest dev build. Some people may classify MOS as an early alpha. We like to call it a dev build.

MOS is currently playable, and all multiplayer features are available. There is one fully working level in the early access build. The planned features are 80% implemented; content is limited but is actively being developed.

We are working on our AI profiles for Human to AI combat. The main AI routine is functional and select-able, however it may exhibit strange behavior due to its tiny electronic brain. (we are working on the big brain version)

MOS is playable from beginning to end, but you may encounter bugs during the game-play. Please comment on bugs in our Discord group. We'll have a section there for it there.

There is one multiplayer server online, and we will bring up more servers as players are accumulated.”

“We will raise the price for the final MOS release. If you buy the early access game, you will not have to pay for the final release, of course.”

“We have a section in our Discord channel to file bug tickets, and suggestions for improvements and features. We will engage the community in a wide range of activities from tournament play testing, to voting for new features and changes to MOS.”

It all started with GEENEE

Genetically Engineered Engram, Neural Electronic Entity

Constructed from a top secret nano tube extrapolation, and a composite of graphene, GEENEE was formed to be the ultimate proxy warrior. GEENEE would take the place of human warriors, and be perfectly obedient and autonomous in the battle field.

In time, the genetically engineered engrams grew to a threshold that gave GEENEE his own perspective of “things.” These things being his own self informed reason for existence; and that existence didn’t include being ordered around by weak, simple human beings.

The first shots were served by GEENEE, and so were the last…

It was the beginning of never ending war on the earth, as the remaining humans fled into the heavens to rethink AI, and hopefully, survive.
