“Otherplane is in early access to get the game into the hands of players as soon as possible. We want to get your feedback to help improve existing content and suggestions for future content.”

“The current plan is to have a full release of Otherplane by late 2026.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“For the full version of Otherplane we are planning to implement multiple maps that communicate more of the story, introduce new characters, puzzles and mechanics.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state of Otherplane is the first map is complete which takes place inside a suburban house. In this map the players can solve 10 different puzzles and encounter 3 entities. Players can play solo or in groups of up to 4 players and communicate using in-game proximity chat. There is a lobby before entering the map where players can team up with their friends and customise their character.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will not change when the game is in full access.”

About This Game




Mysterious entities are aware of your presence - and their anger grows as you near your goal. If you and your friends all fall, the game is over. However, you may discover how to use aspects of the environment to defend yourself.




Explore and solve puzzles to obtain items from the former lives of the entities. Free the entites shackled to our world by sending all their worldly tethers into the beyond.




Otherplane can be played solo, or with up to four players. Proximity-based voice chat gives you and your friends an immersive, cooperative experience.

You may revive your friends by reuniting their lost souls with their bodies. Beware, their souls may have ventured far. Be sure you work together to increase your odds of getting out alive.

Fearless players may attempt the game solo, though with no hope of revival upon death.
