Why Early Access?

“Early access allows us to get the game into players’ hands whilst still continuing our development. With early access, we can gather critical feedback and improve all aspects of Vector Wave moving forwards.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Vector Wave’s official release date may change depending on feedback and our development but we are aiming to finish the project as soon as possible. Current targets indicate we are aiming for an end-of-2023 / beginning-of-2024 release date.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The early access version of Vector Wave will be missing some core features that we are planning on adding during the course of our early access development - such as achievements and custom rule sets. We are also planning to keep on adding content to better reflect a finished product, such as stages, weapons and original music.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“During early access, players will still be able to battle it out with their friends both online and locally with over 35 weapons and 65+ stages.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the game will be cheaper in early access to reflect the amount of content within it. Once the game exits early access with more content, the amount will change.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback is extremely important to us and can change how players interact with the final game as well as influence the content we produce moving forwards. Feedback will be collected through Steam, our social channels & our discord!”

About This Game

2-4 Player Action

Play locally or online in Vector Wave and send your friends flying far into the distance with a barrage of bullets, projectiles, and explosions. Physics-based action is built into Vector Waves core, featuring no health system of any kind, instead, bullets, projectiles and explosions knock you around. Last square standing on solid ground wins the round!

  • Play with friends or strangers and battle it out to be the victor.
  • Shoot, throw and slash your way to the top.
  • Fight on over 60+ unique stages.

An Absurd Arsenal

In Vector Wave, there’s a gun for everybody. Scavenge around the arena, pick up what you can find and blast your opponents into kingdom come. We have a wide array of fun and unique weapons to throw your enemies around with, each with their own feel and function.

  • Find over 35+ weapons and items to lay waste with
  • Wield a variety of pistols, shotguns, SMGs, assault rifles, snipers, and launchers
  • Pull the pin and throw plenty of grenades, ranging from impacts, frags, clusters and… skateboarding ducks?
  • Get up close and personal with a sword and swing for the fences with a hammer, both as deadly as they are cool
  • Get lucky and you might just find some rare spawns, try an unwieldy AWP double the size of you, rock your enemies with a guitar and send them flying with beautiful riffs, and who could forget a gun that allows you to possess the power of a black hole.

  • Choose one of eight neon colours to determine your look and team!
  • Unlock & select from over 50+ cosmetics to flaunt and impress your friends.
  • Playing games and winning rounds will get you some shiny Vector Tokens to spend in our hat-shop, spend wisely!
  • Create your own map playlist and choose what stages you want to play on! Or select from our own premade playlists.
  • Customize your experience even further by selecting either our classic or deathmatch game modes as well as determining if or when sudden death activates.
