About This Game

Hey there, neighbor! I’m Wingard. It is an absolute pleasure to welcome you to our small town. For now, I shall remain a voice in your head. You may not see me, but know that I’m a watchful guardian of this city. I may not be the hero this town needs. I may not be the hero this town deserves either. But I’m the best you’ve got for now, so just roll with it.

Here, in Election Town, you’ve just inherited an old house that belonged to your grandparents. Our town was forgotten by the world. Time moves slowly in these parts, as we go from one election to another. Some of our fellow citizens have lost all hope that anyone other than the devious Mayor can even win.

What will you be doing in our twisted little town? For one, I’d try to stay as far away as possible, but I guess you’re stuck with us so here’s what you can do:



We don’t know or care who you were in your previous life, so here’s your chance for a new identity. This is where our character creator comes in. Play around as much as you want. Try on glasses, experiment with pink hair, or swap the character’s sex if that’s your wish. Just be sure to share your creation on our community channels <3


You’ve inherited a nice plot of land that even Mrs. Redwayne might be a little jealous of. Build your first house there. Just please don’t go for the you-know-what shape, cause we just don’t have the types of walls to make that work in the game ;)
When you’re done building, take care of the garden and plant a tree. Besides, you’ve still got to decorate the insides of your home. There are over 300 base items to use and over 100 that you’ll be able to unlock by exploring the town, doing side quests, and progressing in the story.


Do you like building and decorating houses? Thought about doing it on a bigger scale? We’ve got just the treat for you. Take a crack at becoming a developer and try to expand to become the biggest player in the local market. Just remember – rules are different here. This is life or death. Sometimes literally.
If becoming a developer is not for you, there are ways to use these tools in rebuilding your own house. You know that these small towns are all about houses that can match their perfectly mowed lawns.


Apparently, there are over 15 side quests just waiting for you to find them. There’s no better way to meet your neighbors. Make choices if you want to seek out the small-town gossip, help out people in need or just engage in some witty banter. Everything is there for you. Just remember that this is a small town with generation-old rivalries. Improving the reputation with some neighbors might make others dislike you. Get enough enemies and they might even set your house on fire. Sorry. That’s just the way it is in Election Town.


Okay, that might be pushing it :) But seriously, there’s something wrong with the Mayor. You’ve got to find out what his deal is. Cause I don’t! Go up against him in the election or hell, maybe even try to befriend him? One thing is certain, the people don’t like this guy, but he keeps winning elections anyway. The only way to find out everything there is to know about him is to play our main story which will last over 10 hours.


Did you also have these favorite adult animated series that your parents never knew you were watching? In Election Town, you’ll become a hero of one of these. I can guarantee that your neighbors are quite an original mixture of interesting weirdos. There will be no time for boredom with this lot.
Just be sure that you’re monitoring hunger levels. You’ll be of no use to the Town if you’re starving. In Election Town, you’ll need to get food, cook, and take care of your hygiene to make the best possible impression on the neighbors.


There sure seems to be a lot of easter eggs to be found in the town. They’ll not only extend your fun with our world but also help you with beating the game. Enjoy the hunt!
