Therefore, we have decided that listening to and responding to community feedback is an excellent way to ensure that our game is as good as it can be.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan that it will take less than one year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to add mechanics that will provide more variety in fights, allowing for deeper unit and character progression, as well as features that will increase the replayability of the game. Additionally, we have plans for a fourth biome that will conclude the storyline with the final boss, Koschei the Immortal. However, these plans may be subject to change based on the community's feedback and preferences for the direction of the game.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game currently features 10 different character classes, each with its own skill tree and playstyle. There are also 3 different biomes, each with a unique set of enemies and bosses, as well as items and other minor features.
The base content of the game lasts for approximately 4-6 hours, depending on the player's skill and luck. However, there is a significant amount of replay value due to the various character classes and biomes.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to raise the price slightly when we leave early access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Steam and Discord are the best platforms for directly communicating with us. You can ask questions, provide feedback, suggest new features, report bugs, and more. We will also release regular updates through these channels to keep you informed about what we are working on and how your suggestions contribute to making Spear Song the game we all dream of.”
