Why Early Access?

“The elections in Zebril are over, but the memes are not yet! This game is a compilation of everything that happened after the elections in a country in East America called Zebril.

I am a solo developer and would like the community's help to build the best possible compilation of all the pearls from the 2022 Zebril elections.

Being in early access, the community will be able to help in the development through feedbacks and suggestions for tuning the mechanics and, mainly, the community will be able to suggest new memes to be added to the game during early access, since memes keep coming up.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The game should be out of early access in about 6 to 12 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“I want to build the game with the help of the community, so the final version of the game will have the same current game cycle, but with more memes. Also, I plan to add more activities, more quests, more random events and Steam achievements.

The idea is that the final version will be one big sandbox full of missions, which reference memes that occurred from the end of the elections until the fateful day 08/01/23. The map will be full of interactions, missions, secrets and easter eggs. What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Early access contains the basic cycle of the game with several hidden missions and achievements. The player can set up and improve the camp outside the barracks and also block the highway.

In the campsites you can talk to some NPC's that will give access to various missions such as: fighting communists, saving dogs, singing the anthem to a tire, hanging from trucks, war cries at the door of the barracks and much more.

The map is a little empty, but the idea is to gradually fill it with new missions.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the price will be higher at the official launch.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community involvement is vital to the progress of the project! I need help selecting memes, balancing mechanics, and directing the project.

For now the main source of feedback will be the Steam Forums.”
