What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Development takes a lot of time. With such recent additions like the Level Editor, it is especially hard to keep track of and test all the aspects. Early Access allows players not only to try the game earlier, but also to provide feedback on how to improve the game: it is much easier to fix or change something now, rather than tinkering with a finished product. Invaluable feedback from the community always helps to make things better.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“There is still a lot of things to implement and polish: new game modes with their own stages and stories, some NPCs and items that are missing, secrets, and so on. Hopefully, we will be able to release the final version sometime in 2024. Until then, the game will be in Early Access.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The final version is going to have more game modes, secrets, levels, items, mechanics, NPCs, and challenges. Locations are going to be better decorated, and attention to details will be higher in all the aspects of the game. The Level Editor will have a better functionality (more shortcuts, more level settings, more editing functions), allowing you to create better levels.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently there are 3 game modes available to you. The Main Levels (which is a classic experience) is practically finished, but is still missing some items, NPCs, Secrets, etc.
You can create and publish your own levels to the Steam Workshop using the Level Editor, which is capable enough already. You can also play other levels uploaded to the Steam Workshop.
It is also possible to play together in a local co-op.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the Early Access price is lower to compensate for the lack of features, bugs, and overall unfinished state of the game. The price may increase as new features are added, but the final version will definitely cost more.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will be collecting valuable feedback on the Steam Discussion Forums for Come Together in the Community Hub. Post your thoughts, bugs, and feature requests - we'll do our best to listen to everyone. This will help us make the final release a perfect one.”

About This Game

Dive into the adventure of 2 squares! Help Blue and Pink find each other in the world of Come Together. Find the right path or solve the puzzle and make players meet! Keep track of each square and don't let things get out of control.

Features

  • 5 unique Stages and 40 hand-crafted levels are available to you in Early Access: explore a vast variety of atmospheric locations and overcome different challenges.
  • Lots of game mechanics: unlock new ones as you progress, use your knowledge to lead your way to success.
  • Collectable items and valuables: make new Inventory entries and put them to a good use.
  • NPCs and side quests: meet new friends, trade for resources and help locals to get cool rewards.
  • 3 game modes are available to you in Early Access: it's not just about changing the playfield, it's the complete overhaul of your playstyle.
  • Co-op: grab a friend and enjoy the game together. Control two players as a united force.
  • Level Editor & Custom Levels: build your own levels and play community-made ones.

It's not just about solving puzzle levels. The game is filled with dialogues, interactions and other listed features, including different challenges and difficult mechanics that will put your skills and precision to the test.

Who said that all the game modes have to be based around one specific rule or theme? New game mode = new game! Just imagine a situation where you’ve been playing a simple puzzle level with 4-directional movement, and the next second you are in the Platformer with big constructions and moving platforms, or even in a remake of a popular mobile title.
