What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“What we already have is well polished and has a well defined design, but we need more time to make the rest of the game. We feel that the current version clearly shows what the game will look like, but we also want to put it in players' hands, too see how they react and play.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The game will be in Early Access for around 5 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to have more Races/Ships, Cards, Events, "units" (including enemies) and bosses. In addition, we also have plans to make Events and player's "Traits" (called Reputation) more interesting.

We also plan to release the game in more languages.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently the game has one Race/Ship (Dwarves), 70+ cards, 34+ units (10+ enemies) and a Boss. In addition, we have 42+ Reputations that define and show the trajectory of your Character, 32+ Events, some Stores and Factions.

The game is also in a polished state and with few bugs.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, we plan to increase the price of the game at launch. We will not change the price during Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We have a very clear vision of what we want the game to be, but within that vision there is still room for player input. We will look closely at how people play and this will influence the design of the game, whether it's creating cards, events or new enemies.

We are going to set up a specific subforum on Steam forums, so if you want to give your opinion about something in the game, the ideal place is there.
We will also watch Streams of the game on platforms like Twitch and YouTube.”
