About This Game

Exiled from your native lands, you become stranded on a remote Scottish island. Expecting safe harbours, you are met instead by barren lands and a long-forgotten force that longs to be worshipped.

The dark will test your will to make it out alive - will you rise to its challenge? These depths hide precious resources to build and forge, and its strange creatures and forage will nourish you… more or less.

The depths call to you, and you shall answer. The deeper you go, the more treasures you find, the stronger the horrors become, the harder your trial gets; and the clearer the truth seems to become.

Up to four of you can face the darkness together. Aid each other in battle, share the burden of survival and lift each other's spirits by the fire of the hearth. Extra hands make light work.

Let the power coursing through this ancient place strengthen you on your journey. The hearty meals you cook from its bounties, the gear you imbue with its magic and the Omens you invoke with its worship can transform you and your surroundings - for better or for worse.

The horrors below are numerous and powerful - they are twisted reflections of the island’s secrets. How you dispatch them is up to you - a variety of weapons, styles and abilities are at your disposal in a visceral real-time combat system. As you become stronger, you will slay and dismember creatures of the dark with crushing brutality.
