What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We believe Code ZIN will benefit from being shaped together with the players who enjoy fast, competitive multiplayer games. Early Access allows us to gather feedback on balance, movement, abilities, weapons and overall match flow while we continue expanding the game.

Our goal is to involve the community from the start and adjust the experience based on real player data and discussion.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Our current plan is roughly one year.

This may change depending on player feedback and the evolution of the game during development.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to increase the overall amount of content and raise the level of polish across all areas.

This includes additional weapons, more game modes, expanded customization options, improved animations, more maps and general refinements to gameplay and performance.

The scope may grow based on community feedback throughout Early Access.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game already includes its core systems as well as two multiplayer modes, Deathmatch and Touchdown. Matchmaking is implemented, and five weapons are currently available. Four maps are playable, though gameplay, animations and balance are still being expanded and refined.

The game is fully playable, but it is not yet feature complete.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The game is already Free to Play during Early Access and will remain Free to Play after full release, with no pay-to-win aspects.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We regularly share developer updates and changelogs and gather feedback on new features, balance and gameplay changes.

Q&A rounds with players have already begun, and this will continue throughout the development process.

Our Discord server is the main hub for discussion, feedback and community involvement.”

About This Game

Now Free to Play! Code ZIN: Esper Arena is an anime-style third-person arena shooter.

The Esper Arena is the ultimate vSport: a competitive battleground built for high-mobility duels, tight teamwork, and limitless skill expression.

Players, known as Espers, enter matches with customizable Combat Modules that shape their weapons and abilities. Every round tests your reflexes, strategy, and adaptability.

Please note: During Early Access, matchmaking may not always be immediate. This will improve significantly toward Full Release. For now, join our community on Discord to find matches and share feedback as we shape Code ZIN together.

Succeed and become immortalized or fail and be forgotten. This is your chance for glory!

In fast-paced PvP matches, teams face off in compact arenas where every second counts. Objectives vary by game mode, but success always depends on how quickly you adapt to the flow of combat.

Players can equip three weapons and one ability from a wide selection, allowing them to craft a loadout that fits their preferred playstyle. Whether you favour precision, burst damage, or crowd control, your choices define how you approach each fight.

Movement is a core part of the experience. Espers have access to dodge, evasion, and other advanced techniques, enabling rapid repositioning and aggressive momentum. Combined with your chosen weapons and abilities, these mobility options create an endless range of tactical possibilities and responses to any situation.

  • Fast-paced, high-mobility PvP combat designed for quick, intense matches

  • Three-weapon loadouts with a growing arsenal of weapons and weapon skins

  • Unique Esper abilities that let you shape your combat style

  • Extensive character customization with cosmetics and personalization options in the future

  • Deathmatch and Touchdown modes, with additional mode in development

  • Mode-specific maps built for tight encounters and strategic positioning

Customization is a core part of Code ZIN. The game is built to support individuality, both in how you fight and how you present yourself in the Arena.

As an Esper, you define your identity through character and clothing customization, and shape your combat approach with personalized loadouts built around your preferred playstyle. Every Esper enters the Arena with a look and strategy that is uniquely their own.

Set within a cyber-themed virtual world, the game features handcrafted maps and evolving modes that showcase your style and choices. Whether through visuals or gameplay decisions, Code ZIN gives you the tools to express yourself every step of the way.

The identity you build is closely tied to the NetSphere itself. The Zenith Intelligence Network, known as ZIN, was created as an attempt to form a self sustaining intelligence that learns from the actions and decisions of its users.

By the year 2053, humanity has begun to transition into virtual spaces. Without realizing it, players contribute to the rise of true artificial intelligence as the world approaches the technological singularity.
