Why Early Access?

“Hey! I'm a full-time student and can only work on Prairie in my free time. There are a lot of features and polish I'd love to add, but that will take time. Before calling Prairie a complete experience, I want to add more variety in enemies, structures, and events. ”

“Until I can confidently call it a smooth and complete experience! I am guessing this will take roughly a year.”

“The full version is planned to feature smarter enemy intelligence, additional environments, and more structures.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The core structure of the game is in place, but there's a lot left to make it a complete experience. There are currently a variety of threats to the player, procedural structures along the tracks, and train events to keep the experience replayable. ”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?
