Why Early Access?

“We are an indie team from Ireland taking our first bold step into the gaming world. Early access will help us to listen to our players and implement their feedback in order to make Ekoh Beach as great as possible. We love our little title and we think its unique twist on building-sim sci-fi blend will certainly pique your interest! Help us with valuable feedback and we promise to always look after our players. Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“About 4 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The big addition is stable and refined multiplayer mode. We aim to expand the quest feature while adding depth and greater story to our NPC's. The technology tree will be refined and expanded based on player experience and testing, this applies as well to the game economy as a whole. Further after-main-game features will be expanded such as the "player factory" which will extend the game-play post town completion. We also aim to introduce sailing and off-island exploration.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state of the game is "toward" a stable single player. We say toward because no matter how much testing we do in Unity, it doesn't compare to veteran gamers. We have a relatively deep technology tree with four branches, 8 NPC house types, about 22 unique buildings with interiors and a town ready for our 25 NPC's! The player can complete the town map, make new friends, conquer the depths of the mines and of course run for Mayor of Ekoh Beach!”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes the early access version of the game will be cheaper than the full version.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

About This Game

Ekoh Beach is a building-sim country-life RPG for one or two players!

Ekoh Beach is where you spent the best vacations of your childhood: golden sandy beaches, awesome arcades, zen tranquility and friendly faces.
No one is quite sure why people stopped coming but soon Ekoh Beach was a shell of its past days.
You have answered the call to return to Ekoh Beach once again and return its former glory with your building skills.

Features:
  • Rebuild the town of Ekoh Beach. Use town resources, new skills and marvelous machines to return your favorite vacation spot to its former glory.

  • 2-Player Building. Invite a friend and work together to get the town up and running. You can be a little competitive too...if that's the way you wanna go!

  • Buff Your Skills! Learn new abilities in four skill tress: Wood, Metal, Stone and Social. You decide what you want to work on and what abilities your player should start with.

  • Run for Mayor. Get to know the towns people and one day win the town election.

  • Explore the depths of Ekoh Beach. The mines don't just contain vital ore, zombie mini-bots roam the levels...guarding the secret at the end of the world!

  • Become a Ninja? Does Ekoh beach have a secret Ninja community? Who knows...
