About This Game

You wake up on a floating island, in a sea of blue, surrounded by white fluffy clouds.
In Towns of Yore you will play as the Artisan, who has the power to build a thriving town on a serene floating island. Traveling Eylanders, our cute and unique NPC’s, will come to visit your town to trade, have fun and maybe even move in. Use your resources, planning skills and eye for decoration to create a thriving and beautiful town. Travel through your bustling creation in a 3rd person perspective to admire your hard work up close!




Start by gathering materials available on the island, these will help you to get started. Later you will be able to refine these raw materials into specific resources. To build a bigger and better town, make sure you have an idea of what materials you have and need.



Build houses, workstations and entertainment venues using an easy to use building system. These buildings will help you tend to the Eylanders’ needs. Plan, construct and upgrade roads to increase transportation efficiency.



Earn research points to gain new blueprints. These blueprints can be used to unlock new, very useful structures like an inn or a farm. However, some will just be for fun or to decorate your cozy town.



As your town takes shape and you have gathered your first happy inhabitants, more Eylanders will visit your village, eager to be a part of your community. Eylanders come from all over this world and they like to collect and gather cool things they find. Build a thriving market place and check in with the sellers to obtain unique, rare and interesting items from them.
