“Turf Wars: Slumíka is fully playable from a new game onward. Every new game generates a new city in the country of Slumíka, with its own streets, park, shops, flats, police station and rival gangs. You can gather, cook and bag drugs and sell them. You can recruit and command a crew, and fight with fists or splash guns. Police heat is fully in, with stops, searches, arrests, jail and bail, and patrol cars. You can buy houses and flats, walk inside, stash goods and run a lab. You can deal with rival gangs through trade, alliances, robberies or war. There is a day and night cycle, tasks with rewards, a tutorial, and saving and loading with autosave. Not in yet: sound effects and music, the prison, achievements and Steam Cloud saves. Expect rough edges in balance, AI behaviour and visuals, which we’ll improve with your feedback.”

About This Game

Turf Wars: Slumíka is a top-down, RTS-style crime game set in a different city every time you play. Start with nothing but a few coins and work your way up from street corner to running the block.

A new city every game: each run generates a new city in the country of Slumíka: its own streets, park, Main Street shops and flats, police station and rival gangs.

Cook, bag and deal: gather what you need from the park, set up a workbench, cook Moonstone and Purple Pop, bag it and sell it to the right people. Watch out: cooking can blow up in your face.

Build a crew: recruit members, give them orders, post dealers at your houses and send them to work while you handle business.

Fight for turf: rival gangs hold their ground. Trade with them, ally with them, rob them or go to war. Fists, blocks and splash guns decide who walks away.

Keep the heat down: officers patrol on foot and in cars. Get seen doing dirty work and your heat rises: stops, searches, arrests and jail time follow. Bail out, wait it out or get rescued.

Own property: buy houses and flats, walk right in, stash goods, sleep, and cook behind closed doors.

Day and night: the city changes after dark: fewer people on the streets, more cops, lit lamps and glowing silhouettes.

Early Access: the game is playable start to finish now and will keep growing with audio, a prison, more missions and more content based on player feedback.

Turf Wars: Slumíka is a crime strategy game that depicts fictional illegal drug manufacturing, drug dealing and drug use, gang activity, robbery and police arrests. Combat is cartoon-style: stylized jelly-like characters fight with fists and splash guns, and defeated characters are knocked out, with no blood or gore. Drugs are fictional (such as “Moonstone” and “Purple Pop”) and the game does not depict real-world drug use in a realistic or graphic way. There is no sexual content, nudity, sexual violence or self-harm
