TURF WARS: SLUMÍKA — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By installing or playing Turf Wars: Slumíka ("the Game"), you agree to this agreement. It applies in addition to the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
1. LICENSE
AirConditioned Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game through Steam for non-commercial use. The Game is licensed, not sold.
2. RESTRICTIONS
- You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Game or its files.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Game except where the law expressly allows it.
- You may stream the Game and publish videos and screenshots of it, including monetized content.
3. EARLY ACCESS
The Game is in Early Access and still in development. Features, balance and content may change or be removed, and save files from earlier versions may not always carry over to later ones.
4. FICTIONAL CONTENT
The Game depicts fictional crime, gangs and fictional drugs for entertainment only. It does not encourage or endorse illegal activity.
5. NO WARRANTY
To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, AirConditioned Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Game, including loss of data.
7. TERMINATION
This license ends automatically if you breach this agreement. Nothing in it limits your rights under the Steam Subscriber Agreement or your local consumer protection laws.
