In this DLC characters can not be nude, you are not able to take off all clothes. And all characters of this DLC are loaded with special textures. Those textures has painted over the intimate parts of the body and completely cut off the female genitals, there is a hole instead of genitals. If you would like to undress them completely you should have installed the 18+ DLC. Only in this case you will be able to remove all clothes and characters will have the correct textures on all intimate parts.
