Varför Early Access?

“At this stage of the game I'm confident you will enjoy Endothermic. However there are still many ideas and mechanics I plan to implement. I need feedback to help tune difficulty, balance and maximize fun potential! Endothermic is "finished" but still long ways from reaching it's true form.”

Ungefär hur länge kommer det här spelet att vara i Early Access?

“The current plan is to fully release the game in Q3 2026. So roughly 6-8 months With that said, ultimately it will remain EA until I am happy with the quality of the game and player(s) reactions.”

Hur är det tänkt att den fullständiga versionen ska skilja sig från versionen i Early Access?

“The main difference ultimately relies on the amount of in game content. I plan to deliver a truly amazing experience. This means a lot more content than the EA release. Full release I plan to include a plethora of new maps, enemies and most importantly new modes and any content that our initial playerbase suggests.

These are all planned and NOT set in stone. Please buy Endothermic based on what content it has now and not what is planned for later.”

Hur är det nuvarande läget i versionen med Early Access?

“The current EA version includes 3 maps, two modes and lots of variety in terms of enemies, weapons and items. Currently the main mode allows up to 4 players, about 8 enemy types to discover and plenty of weapon upgrades to utilize in your runs.

As you play Endothermic you will unlock information about each enemy type, weapon, item and map in your in-game Journal.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“I do not plan on changing the price.”

Hur planerar ni att involvera gemenskapen i er utvecklingsprocess?

“The Community will be critical in the development process of this game. We all despise devs that don't listen and I strive to be the antithesis of that.I plan to watch Steam Discussions, carefully consider all Reviews as well as keep an eye on Discord channels.

At this point Endothermic could go in many different directions but feedback from the community will help me iterate and improve on key areas. I will also be looking at the Endothermic/Muttnik Discord where players can further voice their opinion as well as watching video gameplay on twitch, YouTube, TikTok etc. I may use your ideas for new items, maps, enemy types or even entire modes!”
