“被诅咒的圣女啊，你的灵魂究竟会寻找到光明，还是会永远堕落到黑暗之中？”

一场突如其来的灾难将王国笼罩在了毁灭的阴影里。国民们无计可施，只能日渐沉浸在绝望当中。之后，一位来自北方的少女挺身而出，在一番斗争之后驱除了诅咒。然而在战斗的过程中，少女却被黑暗力量所侵蚀，成为了受黑暗操控的傀儡。就在生死存亡之际，少女用最后一丝理智封印了自己，阻止了黑暗力量的扩散。

在恐惧的驱使之下，国王发布了敕令，在全国范围内征集能够杀死少女的勇士。无数各怀绝技的冒险者先后前往了少女被封印的地点，但他们却反而被黑暗力量所利用，最终催生了更强大的黑暗力量。能够消灭黑暗力量的英雄，究竟能否在王国被黑暗彻底摧毁之前出现？

在游戏开始之前，您可以从五种出身当中为您操控的主角选择其中的一种，而每种出身都能赋予主角独特的能力。此外，您选择的出身还会和您在游戏中做出的选择一起影响游戏的走向，最终指向不同的结局。

在这部游戏的回合制战斗当中，战斗的策略和队友的选择将会对胜负造成巨大的影响。您可以和已经牺牲的战士的灵魂达成契约，并且在战斗中获得他们的帮助。每位战士都有耐人寻味的背景故事和独特的能力，和他们并肩作战并发掘出最强大的组合吧！

在探索暗之圣域的过程中，您会遇到形形色色的朋友和敌人。您也可以接受各种委托，比如消灭强大的魔物，或者为没落的贵族找到他们遗失的传家宝。而在傀儡安息所——也就是您的大本营当中，您可以学习关于这个世界的知识，制作新的道具，或是开辟具有各种功能的新房间！

多职业系统
您可以在游戏开始时选择主人公的出身。每一种出身都会使主人公精通不同的战斗方式，甚至能够在一定程度上决定影响剧情的走向。
