“Storybook Brawl is already a thrilling, free-to-play card game. Featuring hundreds of fairy tale characters you know from children's stories, but often with a humorous twist! During Early Access, you can play single-player practice games or test your skills against seven other online players to claim the crown!

Our goal is to create a fun, strategic game that anyone can thoroughly enjoy for free. Therefore, we have designed Storybook Brawl for Early Access so that YOU could help us make the game even better before our full launch in late 2021!

During Early Access, we plan to have frequent updates, add additional features, balance updates, and release many new heroes! Our updates will be heavily informed by player feedback and guided by our overall vision for the launch version of Storybook Brawl.”

“Our current plan is for Storybook Brawl to be in Early Access until late 2022. While we don't yet have an exact date, you can count on the game regularly improving during Early Access as we release many new features, characters, heroes and general improvements.”

“All Storybook Brawl's core mechanics and gameplay are already available. This includes leaderboards, 8-player free for all matchmaking, single-player practice mode, full card gallery, and progression system that allows you to unlock any of the heroes in the game.

By the numbers, here are the game objects in Early Access:

- 100+ draftable character cards, each with its own unique design
- 30+ hero cards with unique powers that dramatically change how you play each time
- 20+ treasures that you can mix and match to form powerful new combinations
- 20+ unique spells that can dramatically alter the course of the brawl
- 50+ amazing visual effects and sounds

The supporter bundles available in Early Access will only be available during Early Access. New bundles with new pricing will be revealed once we fully launch.”
