What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Streamline is classified as Early Access due to the game currently only having the core game mode and functionally built out. Polishing the controls, weapons, movement, etc. will occur during the testing and feedback phase of Early Access.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Streamline is planned to remain in "Early Access" for roughly 12 months. We will then evaluate the progress and determine a full release date.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Vastly improved visuals including:
  • large selection of weapon skins
  • multiple customized agents
  • tweaked abilities for agents
  • many additional refined maps

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Streamline is currently in the first stage of Early Access. Many features and mechanics are still in development and may not function 100% as expected. As the Early Access development progresses you will see vast improvements across the board. Most of the core features including game modes, first & third person view options, score tracking, and multiplayer are available to play now.

Currently you may either play:

Single Player: This mode allows you to play different game modes against bots. As well as test new levels that are currently in development.

Multiplayer: Play against friends using Steam multiplayer. One person will need to click Create Game to start the lobby. Friends can join by clicking join game and you will all be placed into the same lobby. Pressing "Change Team" on the character class selection screen will allow you to switch teams from Team Alpha to Team Beta.

Currently the game supports up to 24 players per lobby. You may also include bots in the Multiplayer session when playing against friends. Pressing "m" while in game will show you your keybinds. Keybinds may also be remapped by pressing "Esc" and accessing the Settings menu. This menu also allows you to set graphics and audio settings.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Both Early Access and Full Release will be absolutely free.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Live streams of the development will take place on . Follow to be notified when we go live with broadcasts. Share ideas and input on our Discord. #Streamline channel. You may also Tweet the developer directly on
Twitter”
