Why Early Access?

“We want to ask players which direction they would like the game to grow. While there are dozens of possibilities, here are a few examples: multiplayer, arcade-style puzzles and quests, or RPG-style harvesting resources. There are countless possible features in game mechanics, graphics, audio, and balance that make a great game. We would like to implement features our community would like to see.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“2 to 4 years”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The current version has 7 scenes. The full version will have the 2 to 3 new scenes, 2 to 3 new challenge modes, and the 9 to 10 cutscenes that make up the story. Depending on input from our players, we may substitute the new scenes with many, smaller, single-puzzle type scenes or merge them into a bigger endless scene. The full version will also have more traps, more towers, and more guns including legendary one-offs. More heroes to play is also probable, it's really up to the players.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“2 Playable Heroes: Soldier and Strategist
7 scenes: Tutorial, Hangar, Orchard, City, River, Underground River, and Forest.
3 difficulties: Easy, Normal, and Hard.
1 Challenge mode: Air Drop.
If you multiply that out it's 72 different missions with even more variations depending on how many coins you spend.
In addition there are: 9 enemy types, more than a dozen weapons, more than a dozen traps and towers.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Early Access will be slightly lower price than Release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Discord and Youtube will be the main way we chat and share videos with our community. We will probably have polls, contests, and/or live stream events.
