What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Ragamuffins is a game built around chaos, creativity, and community feedback — and Early Access gives us the perfect space to shape that together. While the core gameplay is complete, we want players to help us fine-tune combat balance, polish systems, and guide the direction of new content. By opening the doors early, we can listen, iterate, and make Ragamuffins the best version of itself.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect to stay in Early Access for around 6–12 months, depending on the depth of player feedback and the scope of improvements we undertake. Our goal is quality and community-driven iteration rather than hitting a specific date.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version already includes the full core gameplay loop, main areas, and character systems.
During Early Access, we plan to expand with:

Additional levels, enemies, and story content

More character customisation options

Improved AI behaviour and balancing

Enhanced performance and accessibility features

Quality-of-life improvements based on player feedback

The final version will represent a more complete, refined, and content-rich experience — but we’re keeping plans flexible so we can evolve naturally with our community’s ideas.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Ragamuffins is fully playable and stable, with core features, combat, progression systems, and early content already implemented. Some areas are still being refined — particularly visual polish, narrative content, and overall balance — but it’s a fun, feature-complete experience from day one.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes — the Early Access version is available at a reduced price to reflect its evolving state. As we add more content and features, the price will gradually increase to match the full release value.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback is central to Ragamuffins. We’ll be actively engaging through Steam discussions, Discord, and social media to collect player suggestions, bug reports, and feature requests. We’ll also run regular update polls and community playtests, keeping players involved and credited for the ideas that help shape the game’s future.”

About This Game

Welcome to Ragamuffins!

Nestled in the sleepy village of Felinsha, just between the candle-maker and the man who shouts at bread, sits a little shop called Ragamuffins.

It’s run by Mr Tibbs, a well-dressed tom with too much confidence and not enough scruples. The sort of cat who’ll sell you a “rare imported spoon” while quietly wondering if it’s still warm from someone else’s kitchen.

By day, he’s the picture of respectability — sweeping the floor, weighing fish, and telling anyone who’ll listen that he’s definitely retired from that sort of thing. By night, he sends his tiny gang of kittens out into the cobbled streets, armed with claws, cunning, and a few suspiciously shiny playing cards.

Because in Felinsha, cards aren’t just for games — they’re for getting away with things.

Each job, each deal, each scuffle in a moonlit alley plays out like a hand of fate. You’ll draw your cards, play your tricks, and hope Lady Luck hasn’t already spent the evening with the constable.

Of course, Tibbs insists he’s an honest businessman now. He says he only cheats when absolutely necessary — which, in Felinsha, is most of the time.

But the past has long claws. And every deal, every theft, every flick of a card seems to draw something darker a little closer…

✨ Key Features

  • 🛒 Run the Shop

Buy, sell, and barter with Felinsha’s finest — the butcher, the baker, the chronic liar. Keep your shelves stocked, your kittens fed, and your stories just believable enough that no one calls the guard.

  • 🌙 Steal by Moonlight

When the shutters close, the real work begins. Send your kittens to collect goods from the good people of Felinsha. Avoid guards, rival gangs, and nosey neighbours with more curiosity than sense.

  • ♠️ Play Your Cards Right

Every heist and hustle runs on your hand. Build and play your deck of actions, tricks, and evasions — a few slaps, a dash of stealth, a sprinkle of pure nonsense — and hope the draw’s in your favour.

  • ⚔️ Risk, Reward, Regret

You’ve only got so much room in those little paws — take too much loot and you’ll have no space left for anything else. Take too few weapons and, well… let’s just say someone will be doing the looting for you. Every decision’s a gamble — and Tibbs has never met a gamble he didn’t like.

  • 🐾 A World of Whiskers and Whispers

Felinsha looks charming from the outside — the market’s lively, the fish are fresh, and the crime rate is mostly adorable. But dig deeper and you’ll find corruption, old enemies, and maybe a few ghosts from Tibbs’ less-than-honest youth.

  • 🎩 Charming. Cunning. Catastrophic.

Play as Mr Tibbs — merchant, rogue, card-sharp, and self-proclaimed “pillar of the community.”

Keep the shop running, play your cards right, and try to stay one paw ahead of your past.

Because in Felinsha, everyone’s bluffing — and the house always wins. 🐾
