About This Game

Start with a country. Decide what happens to the world. Warnament is an approachable turn-based grand strategy sandbox about conquest, diplomacy and creating your own history. Play solo or bring friends into the struggle for power.

Change history through diplomacy

Declare wars, negotiate peace, and build pacts and alliances. Guarantee an ally's independence, demand concessions, force a rival into vassalage, or send an insult when diplomacy takes a personal turn.

Trade resources to build your wealth, impose sanctions to put pressure on opponents, and call your allies into a conflict when you need their support.

Fight for every border

Raise armies, build fleets and fortify your provinces. Command forces ranging from infantry to cruisers, battleships and aircraft carriers, and develop weapons as powerful as nuclear bombs.

Protect your borders with fortresses and defensive infrastructure, or escalate the conflict with chemical and nuclear weapons.

Build the power behind your nation

Develop your economy and progress through the technology tree to unlock buildings and structures. Manage provinces individually to support economic and scientific growth and prepare for your next campaign.

Choose from six political regimes and make decisions that can change your country's course. Decide when to invest in development and when to commit your resources to war.

Make and share your own history

Create maps and scenarios with the editors, then retell your campaign with the timelapse editor. Start from history or invent a world with its own countries and conflicts.

Download community mods through Steam Workshop or publish your own. Change buildings, resources, technologies, events and political decisions to make Warnament yours. Share your creations with other players; outstanding community content may even become part of the official game.
