Why Early Access?

“Because who needs a finished game when you can dive headfirst into the chaos? We want YOU to be part of the madness from the get-go! Early Access is our way of saying, "Hey, let's build this wig-flinging carnival together!"

We believe in the power of community-driven development and want to involve our players from the early stages of "Wigged Out." Early Access provides us with an opportunity to gather valuable feedback, identify areas for improvement, and shape the game based on player experiences.

Due to the online nature of Wigged Out, we consider that testing with a huge mass of players can benefit the finals status once the game is released, having the possibility to extend the Early Access in order to get the most accurate version of the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Until we run out of wigs to fling! Just kidding – we're in it for the long haul, but don't worry, we won't keep you waiting forever. The more wigs we collectively toss, the sooner we roll out the grand, fully-coifed finale.

The duration of Early Access will depend on the feedback and input we receive from the community. We are committed to refining and enhancing the game until we feel it meets our and the players' standards for a full release. While we don't have a specific date, we are aiming for May 2024 to come out from Early Access and release the full game.

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to feature more content, more chaos, more wigs, more items and more levels, including an online cross platform, or even a ranked system. Please notice that these features are not definitive and may undergo variations.”

This version should have only:

6 Wigs: Tow of each type of wig (explosive, ranged, melee) and will be unlocked from the beginning.

Expl -> Aristocrat and Big.
Ranged -> Emo and Cheerleader.
Melee -> Jock and Prude.

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the game will be priced lower during the Early Access with Purchase phase to appreciate the support and involvement of the early adopters. As we add more wig-tastic features, the price might get a little fancier, so don't miss out on the discount party!”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We want your wiggy wisdom! Join us in the wig flinging Discord, share your craziest ideas, and let us know which wigs are your absolute favourites.

We value our community's input and plan to actively engage with players through, forums, social media, and in-game feedback mechanisms. Regular updates will address reported issues, introduce new features, and incorporate suggestions from the player base.

We'll also consider community polls and surveys to involve players in key decisions regarding the game's development direction. Together, we aim to make "Wigged Out" a game that truly resonates with our players.”
