Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“A big part of choosing to release via Early Access is that we want to grow the game in a direction the community loves. We have a list of features we would love to see in the game before we consider it to be officially released, and we expect the community to suggest many more.

Based on this we estimate the game will remain in Early Access for around 2 years, through to Dec 2025, although a lot depends on community feedback and feature requests that we deem essential.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will be similar to the early access version, however with more updates and content from our customer feedback. We'll be introducing new features and world content throughout Early Access. Our team is dedicated to expanding the game's world for the full-release.

Key features we consider essential for the full version include: NPC enemies, transportation/vehicles, additional monuments and weapons, more customization/suits. These will come as part of the regular updates during the Early Access period.”

“Outerstellar's Early Access version has a vast world filled with a wealth of content and all the core mechanics listed in the ABOUT THIS GAME section. Our dedicated team worked tirelessly to ensure that we delivered a top-notch experience from day one. While a significant portion of content is already developed and implemented, we remain committed to achieving the high-quality standard we strive for in our games.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We expect the price to remain the same during Early Access, but that it will be increased when the game is officially released.”
