What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We are a small team of two devs working hard to get the best results possible.
We really want to let people play and get involved from the beginning. We believe that listening to your feedback and iterating with you openly, will improve the game and will create a better experience.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect to be in early access for about 12 months. But it is hard to predict.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Basically content. We have the base game finished. You can now play with 2 neighborhoods or classes. We have many items, cards and events ready.
For the final version we really want to increase the number of cards, items and events. We will be also adding at least 1 more class to the game which is already designed but needs to be implemented.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Urban cards currently offers a campaign mode with 2 different classes. You can collect more than 70 cards. There are 20 items to discover and more that 20 events to be played.
The game has a lot of replayability value due to the amount of random combinations you can make each time you play.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price of Urban Cards will increase when we release the finished version.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Please join our discord and help us improve the game. You can also follow us on twitter or check our tasks being tracked in real time on Trello.”
