“是结合了装修与租房两种玩法的打工（雾）模拟游戏啦。玩家在游戏中既可以扮演一名家装设计师，通过全屋定制来赚钱，也可以同时扮演一名房东，通过定制名下的房产并出租来赚取租金，在这方面自由度还是很高的。然而，装修难做，房客难哄，玩家有时更像是房客的保姆，不但需要承担水电煤气费，还要摇身一变做自己家的物业，追讨房租，修理水电，除鼠除虫防地震，可谓是“三百六十行，行行皆艰难”，从某种层面上来讲就还蛮现实的……”
