What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“A Dream For Aaron is fully playable and will be updated in the future multiple times to bring more content for the players. A lot has been done, but there's still a lot to do. What will you find in the current version: a main campaign, containing 5 Desert levels, 5 Frost levels and a final Darkness level (random levels will be picked for you every time you play, to give you the replay value), also, once you collect enough "Arthas medals" in the main game you will be able to try your best in the challenges provided by Arthas itself. If you'll be struggling with the enemies, the information about every enemy is unlockable as well, by going through the game. There is also Oriax, who will provide you a new gun (gun skins) every time you level up! And don't forget to visit Dreamus to get your Savior, which can be very helpful during the game (more saviors and how to capture them in the future updates). You will be able to expand the world you play in by completing dreams. This will be done by going through multiple levels of a dream and getting to the very end. Once you've completed a dream, give it to Aaron and he will unlock a new area for you to go to, new travelers will come to the island you're in (who will offer you new missions, adventures or might ask for your help) and many other additional content for you to enjoy and experience while getting closer to saving Aaron's brother. The feedback of the players will greatly help the development, feel free to let me know what do you think should be changed or added to the game.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“4-5 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“There will be more maps that will be randomly picked for the players to play, more challenges, areas, enemies, guns, more unlockable content rewards every time you finish the game, more stuff for players to explore, use and experience.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state has 5 Desert levels, 5 Frost levels and a final Darkness level in the main campaign. The levels will be picked ramdomly for a higher replay value. There are also challenges for you to try once you collect enough "Arthas medals" and get your reward after completing the challenges. There are currently 16 guns available, you get a new one to choose every time you level up. The 17th gun available by completing 3 challenges. More levels, more challenges, more characters with missions, quests and rewards will be available in the future updates.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Price will not change when we leave early access, more content will be added for the same amount you payed.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The community's feedback can really help fixing the possible flaws of the game, fixing bugs, creating new content, the ones that help the most will be credited.”

About This Game

A Dream For Aaron is a first person shooter with a huge replay value.

Welcome to The Mind. You can expand it or you can leave it empty. You only need a Dream and the emptiness will be gone. A creature before you tried to build a world here, but he was greedy. He wanted to build a world in a day. He stole dreams. All of them. So he faced the consequences. This was my brother. The Fate caught him. In the deepest dream, below nightmares, below terrors, you will find my brother. Holding the stolen dreams, in the jaws of The Fate. Save my brother, take a Dream. Bring them back to me.
- Aaron
