If you are older than 20, you probably remember this great game called " Shuffle Puck Cafe " released on Commodore 64 , Amiga , Atari ST and Amstrad at the time. This game is a remake "HD" and modern.
For those who do not know the original video-game, this game is a arcade version of air hockey , the principle is simple, to reach the wall of your opponent with a puck. Easier said than done , your opponents have special moves that give effect to the ball, sometimes quite bizarre , but if you manage to defeat them enough times , you can also get these powers necessary to overcome more easily the toughest enemies that await you in the latest levels.
This game very particularly affects me, having played a lot the first game, I can only rave to the remarkable work of the development team . The game is faithful to the original and the many openings absolutely no bother. The graphiucs are good, and the sound effetcs and music are great remakes of the original game musics, or winks to popular movies like Star Wars. The only drawback I could find is the big & repetitive tasks you are asked to do ( beat the same opponent 15 times for the first quests request stubbornness ), but the game become more interesting once the first past opponents.
Not much to add, this game is very basic, and I think it is not worth the 10€ asked, unless you are a big fan of the original game and that you have already spend hours in your youth on it. If this is the case, go for it! Otherwise, wait for a lower price or a Steam sale.
