Pretty good. Metroid-ish progression with Warioware style boss finishers. The jumping is a bit floaty and overall the game is too easy, but has a few challenging parts.

if you ask me to tell you what you feel about hell yeah! my answer will be HELL YEAH. This game is not just an ordinary platform shooting game. it has a huge world under the hell.

When i first started to play hell yeah it reminded me of old jazzjack rabbit games. game has a beautiful graphics, great soundtracks, ♥♥♥♥in amazing boss killing scenes and good designed levels. It is a shame that this game wasn't achieve a huge success. I've played a lot of platform games but this one is nearly perfect and every platform lover should play it. dialogues and the killing scenes includes a good humor and they are not for a child.

Here is the bunny song :))) http://arkedo-studio.bandcamp.com/track/the-bunny-song-feat-clotilde-chevalier-cute-zone

Note: Your system language must be English to play this game. Otherwise you can't play. This is the bad side but creator studio was closed.

One of the most fun games I've ever played. It has its flaws, I'll get to that, but it has so many killer merits that it is just a pure pleasure to look at and especially to play. How a great game like this gets a 64 metacritic rating displayed and a truly awful game like house of dead ice skating ninjas gets a 79 displayed is beyond stupid. Metacritic and the dimwit reviewers they combine are all ran by blindfolded monkeys banging on keyboards. This game is easily a 75 or higher. It can get absolutely frustrating at times but with a little effort you will get by. Seems like that's a trend now: try finding a game made in the last 6 years that does not have at least one part that is astronomically frustrating. The game has somewhat loose controls meaning that you will careen into things, fall off a platform when you don't want to, and other minor control issues, but amazingly it isn't that big a deal. Like I said, with practice, every ♥♥♥ is totally kick-able.
One of the most wildly creative games I have ever seen. It has great graphics with everything within a level pleasing to look at. The art direction is some of the best and most creative I've ever seen in a game. I could not ever tire of looking at this game. The real gem of this game is how you kill the main enemies. You go through the game and your goal is to eventually find and kill all 100 special monsters. Once you whittle its life bar down, it shows a screen where you do a brief mini-game to finish him off, ranging from tapping the A button (I'm using a wired xbox 360 controller, a controller is highly advised) to matching up a symbol or answering a question. After that, it shows a really hilarious kill animation. One had me do a little driving mini game where I avoiding things on the road for a little bit with a semi, then the kill on the special monster was a giant semi smashing into it then backing over it about 20 times. Another had a satellite shoot down a kill beam and a NASA control voice counted down from 5 and it destroyed the monster. There are a bunch of different ways and they are all cool to see. But of course there aren't 100 fatalities, one for each boss. No there are much less than that so you will be seeing repeats of fatalities but, for me anyway, they mostly never get old.

House of Dead Ice Skater Ninjas (see my review of that here http://steamcommunity.com/id/excruciate/recommended/224820) is a pass. Pass it and play this. I am mentioning that game because at the time I had just beat that game right before I started playing this one. This game is a lot of crazy fun so you can forget garbage indie games like that. Loving every minute of this game. I rarely give a game my holy grail of gaming, a 9/10, because no game is now or ever will be totally perfect so a 9 is actually the highest I give except on super rare occasions. Besides this games (minor) flaws, I can overlook them because of how wildly fun it is and how intelligently creative the whole thing is.

Such good work done here, 9/10

PS – TAYLOR SWIFT IS SO ♥♥♥♥♥ HOT!!! she wont return my calls =(

The best thing about the game: Visuals and soundtrack. Both meet very high standards in most areas.

Everything else is proved to be an underwhelming experience.

You go about killing some "mini bosses" to unlock doors for bosses. If the idea of mini bosses excites you don't get your hopes up too fast. They have one attack pattern, are easily killed, although sometimes you must kill them without weaponry.

When you get them to low hp, a mini game starts. The mini games have a lot of variety which ranges from tapping one key, catching falling stars, to tapping several keys at the same time, all placed in an awkward position (e.g. x+v+spacebar+e). The mini game you are given decides what will be the killing animation, which are all silly. What they do have in common is that they get boring quickly and can't be skipped. Some minigames have a timer so if you are not quick enough to read the instructions you will lose the minigame and actually take damage, potentially killing you which is highly annoying.

The platforming itself is mundane at best and worst, although you do get to fly with a spaceship, pilot an aircraft and drive a submarine. But even those things didn't offer a big enough relief from the overall boredom I was feeling. The most annoying thing in the game happens when you get hit: Similarly to oldies like Ninja Gaiden, you get knockbacked when you get hit. The damage immunity after the hit doesn't last long enough, so it is possible that the enemies play ping pong with you, you get knocked back into instant death spikes, or lose half of your hp because you got knockbacked into a wide boss and can't escape without getting hit a few more times.

If the beautiful background and fitting music is enough for you, by all means, this game has one of the the best I've seen. If you, however, care about gameplay more, you can safely skip this one.

Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit: This is a 2D plattform action game where you play as a rabbit in hell. The story is about a papparazzi that take's a picture of the prince rabbit in his bathtube and put it on hellternet, there is 100 monsters that see's the picture and the prince want revenge do he wants to kill them. So you play as the prince of hell and look for monsters that you shall kill so you can get your revenge. You kill all the monsters in different and fun ways, So it doesn't get boring. It has a cartoon design with lots of colors and the music/soundeffects is just epic. It's a kind of simple but the dialogs are just hilarious to read. The controlls are simple and easy to learn. Overall a fun game, so I would recomend to buy it for lots of fun.

This Game is just awesome. It is a bit challenging, the Soundtrack is nice and there are many humorous Dialogues.
Really, this game really worths the money. It has also a great gameplay, the controls are easy. And a very nice feature: The little Events if you kill a Monster. So, if you have that Money, you should buy this game.

Got it on a bundle, ended up playing it way more than I expected to.

The game it's pretty fun, has a some of pop and Internet references, but the remarkable thing about it is the parody style that makes it somewhat funny. Also has some clever puzzles.

It's negative points are the awful controls for PC (use a controller) and that the story isn't important at all. This is a game you want to play "for the lulz".

To sum up, if you can get this game for 1 dolar - 80 cents, it's worth it.

This is a weird one. 2D platformer/action hybrid, with a ridiculous over the top presentation style - think the cast of Disgaea but played by rabbits make a 2D side scrolling action platformer with 100 mini-bosses to destroy & enslave for your monster Island factory. And hats. Each mini-boss is taken down in a different QTE mini-moment (think seconds of play & flash style over the top sequences as a result).

I love it so far. I expect to hit a difficulty spike & change that opinon, but so far, I'm digging it. I can understand why Sega took a punt on it - there's a lot of good stuff in this one & obviously a lot of care/love from the developer.

This game is just cool. Some interesting gameplay and fatality moves on the mini-boss people you kill. The crude humor is laughable. And all the other sega references make me smile. Toasty!

I have had a blast with this game! If you love old school Sega Platformers like Gunstar Hereoes, then this game will make you happier than a fat kid in a candy store. Don't let the kiddies play it though, the humor is a tad adult. Great art and stellar gameplay but I do suggest a controller on this one. Playing this game with a keyboard is just silly.

I haven't been having nice days lately in my life. Problems and worries on my mind keep me awake all night. I haven't been sleeping so good. Life is stressful. Maybe I should stop rambling random sentences. Actually, they aren't so random.

When this game appeared in Playfire Rewards, I checked out the store page. This sentence caught my eye: "Hell Yeah! helps you clear your mind after a bad/frustrating/boring day at work." I've been having bad and frustrating days lately, so I thought, why not?

And boy did that frown get turned upside down.

Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit is a game from Arkedo Studios, a French-based company, and published by Sega. The game revolves around Prince Ash, Prince of Hell, and his self-imposed quest to kill 100 monsters who saw his incriminating bathtub ducky pictures.

This plays out like a platform game. You control Ash, while you initially have nothing, later on you get outfitted with a drill-wheel-jetpack and an assorted variety of weapons. You kill monsters as per normal (i.e. shoot or drill them until they die, in special cases some lateral thinking is required), but when (most of) the monster is depleted of health you have to play what the developers call a "Finish him!" minigame.

What made me fall in love with this game almost immediately was the grooving soundtrack and cutesy visuals. Solid and incredibly well-done. Despite his skeletal exterior, Ash is incredibly cute, and so are...uh, everything else, actually. Despite the setting being in Hell! As for the soundtrack, there's a good variety, ranging from rock/metal-styled songs to...well, a pop-happy song for a specific zone. Hilarious!

Quite a few professional gaming reviewers believed that the control scheme and overall platforming mechanics, however, are probably the worst aspects of the game. I must say, I agree with them. The default control scheme is one of the most awkward ones I've ever played on a keyboard - it's better to play this with a controller. As for the platforming itself, it's rather floaty and doesn't quite feel right at times. I have played some good platformers before (like Super Meat Boy) so maybe I might be expecting too much.

And yet...at the end of the day, I had a big grin on my face. Despite the problems above, I found out that I had quite a lot of fun with this game. It created a huge smile on my face and even had me LOL at times. Most games I play rarely do that for me nowadays. If you need to unwind after a terrible day, do like the store page says and play this. :)

When to buy: Published by Sega, it got bundled once. The particular Humble gift link in question also contains 3 other games: Alpha Protocol, Company of Heroes and Rome: Total War. If you can't trade for that, the cheapest it's been is $3.74 (or 75% discount).

From the same developer: Poöf - more of the same cutesy art style!

Absolute awesome this game. It has a very funny humor, lots of weapons while not too many and allot of other guddies. Well it is a sidescrooler what do I need you to tell? But there are some different levels in it as well as allot of nice ideas. So I dunno what to tell you about other than get this game if you like sidescrowlers.

One of the better 2d platformers on Steam, in my opinion. I don't particulary like platformers on the PC, but this one was quite fun :)
Can quite recommend it, even if you dont like platformers, just because of the humor! :D
