What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We’re adapting UnLoop which was first released as a standalone game, for PCVR as soon as possible to gather feedback from PCVR community about the optimization, player experience, graphics, and to address possible PCVR-related feature requests.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“6 – 12 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“With the full release, we plan to add more levels and continue the story, improving game’s length and puzzle variety. We also plan to improve the graphics (lightning, shadows, visual effects etc) and compatibility with various headsets and controllers based on the community's feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current EA release is a proper initial version of the game, just like the standalone version – featuring over 50 puzzle levels, with the support for the Valve Index, Pico and Meta Quest controllers. Everything described in the “About this game” section is included.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“The price will not change when we leave EA.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to actively observe and gather feedback from the community on the initial release of the EA. Our goal is to identify ways to improve the experience for PCVR players and ensure the game's stability on various hardware combinations.

Additionally, we want to find out if there are expected PCVR-related features that weren't included in the standalone version.”

About This Game

Welcome to UnLoop – the most chaotic VR self-coop out there. You need a highly coordinated squad to survive this space station. The catch? You are that squad. Every time the loop resets, your replica is left behind to repeat your exact physical movements, gestures, and voice in real-time. Yell instructions at your future-self, flip off your uncooperative past-self, and desperately try not to step on your own toes.

Ever wanted to argue with a room full of people who all sound exactly like you? You’ve come to the right place. After a few loops, you will be surrounded by your own past-copies, all screaming the same expletives at each other. They all disagree with you. And worst of all... they are technically correct.

It’s chaotic, it’s loud, and yes – the voices in your head are entirely real.

Ruined the timeline? Didn’t catch a crucial item? No problem. Just raise your laser gun, shoot yourself, and instantly reset the loop. Or shoot your copy who made a bad throw, you are the original one anyway!

Death isn't a failure here. It's just a tactical undo button.

Every puzzle is solved by coordinating with your past actions. Which sounds brilliant, until you realize your past-self had no idea what they were doing either.

Experience the sheer, unadulterated ego trip of figuring things out all by yourself. When you finally spend 15 minutes coordinating three of your past-copies just to pass a single keycard through a door, you’ll feel like an absolute mastermind solving the mysteries of the universe.

We’ll let you have that. You’re welcome!

Mature Content Description
