Why Early Access?

“When Cyber Clutch first launched into Early Access, it was a very different game under a different direction. Since then, we at Current Games have taken over publishing and development, and we’ve committed to steering the project toward a clearer, more complete vision. We’re using this remaining Early Access period to implement significant updates, course-correct where needed, and work closely with you—the players—to ensure the final version delivers on the game’s full potential.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Not long. Our goal is to fully launch Cyber Clutch: Hot Import Nights later this July. Until then, we’ll be releasing a major update, opening a playtest, and refining the game based on your feedback.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will include:

A brand-new environment
New cars
Improved performance and stability
The introduction of a single-player career mode
Balancing changes based on community input
Rebuilt core systems to better support the experience we want players to have at launch
This next version is a significant step forward from what’s currently available in Early Access.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access version is playable, but it no longer reflects our vision for the game. It includes some of the original content, but lacks many of the new features, polish, and improvements we’re preparing to roll out. We recommend holding off if you’re looking for the most complete experience - but for those who want a sneak peek and want to help shape the game’s future, your feedback right now is especially valuable.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We’ll be increasing the price at full launch to reflect the added content and improvements. Players who support us early will get access at the current lower price and be part of shaping the final product.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community involvement is central to how we’re moving forward. We’re launching a new Discord, reactivating our Reddit, and planning a July playtest to gather real-time feedback. We’ll be sharing regular dev updates and progress reports leading up to launch. We’re here to listen, learn, and iterate - together. ”
