Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently estimate that Rusty Flagon will remain in Early Access for approximately 12 months.

This is an approximate development target rather than a fixed deadline. The duration may change depending on development progress, testing, balancing, technical challenges, and player feedback.

We will keep the community informed about our progress and communicate any significant changes to our estimated timeline.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“During Early Access, our main focus is to develop and refine Rusty Flagon's core tavern and village management gameplay, economy, production systems, resource management, trading, and RPG elements.

For the planned full release, we aim to expand and improve the game in the following areas:

- **Tavern and Village Management:** More depth and variety in managing the tavern, workers, village development, and daily operations.
- **Economy and Production:** Further balancing and improvements to production, resource management, trading, and the overall economy.
- **Adventurers and RPG Systems:** More variety in adventurers, their journeys into the forest, encounters, outcomes, and progression.
- **Exploration and Rewards:** Further development of the forest adventure system, including additional gameplay variety and rewards.
- **Relics and Consequences:** Further refinement of the consequences of adventurer deaths and the relics they leave behind, including how these systems interact with tavern progression.
- **Polish and Stability:** Bug fixes, performance improvements, balancing, usability improvements, and overall game polish based on player feedback.

Our goal for version 4.0 is to deliver a more complete, balanced, and polished tavern management experience with deeper progression, more gameplay variety, and more meaningful long-term decisions.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Rusty Flagon is a tavern and village management simulation with RPG elements.

Players manage their tavern, economy, workers, production, and trading while building and developing their village. Adventurers venture into the forest and return with the results of their journeys. Not every hero is guaranteed to return, and fallen adventurers may leave relics behind.

The Early Access version is intended to provide the core gameplay experience while allowing us to continue improving balance, progression, usability, and overall polish.

We will continue refining the experience through development updates and player feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We are not currently planning to change the price of Rusty Flagon when it leaves Early Access. Our intention is to maintain the same base price for the full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We want our community to be actively involved in Rusty Flagon's development. Players can share their feedback, suggestions, and report issues through our Discord community and Steam Discussions, where they can communicate directly with the developer.

We will take player feedback into consideration when making improvements, balancing gameplay, and deciding on future development priorities. We believe listening to our players is essential to making Rusty Flagon a better and more enjoyable experience.”
